Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to Vervet, and Fluharty LLC and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Vervet include Fluharty LLC DBA Vervet. The Vervet application is a software and application for student travel program documents, forms, information, communication and application. By using the Vervet application, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of your Personal Information
Vervet does not collect any personal information, or use student information beyond what is required by the authorized school for educational purposes and or authorized by parents. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use Vervet. This may include: (a) registering for an account; To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us.
Right to Deletion
School admin has the sole right to delete or include student information. Vervet does not have the ability to delete or add information unless granted access by the school.
Children under eighteen
Vervet does not collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of eighteen. All student information is input by the parent or legal guardian for exclusive school use. Vervet is a student travel website that allows a school or parent to input information about their students or children traveling on specific school trips. Only the school admin and school chaperones with permission to use the site will be allowed to view said information and only parents invited to login with a provided password can enter student information. Student information will only be viewable by the school chaperones and the school admin. Vervet does reserve the right to access said information in the case of a technical need expressed by the school. The chaperone access to this information will be automatically canceled the last day of the excursion. Student information is not shared with Vervet nor is it accessible by Vervet without the specific invitation from the school admin. Vervet does not manage nor have access to any official health records from either the school nor healthcare facilities.

Disconnecting your Vervet Account from Third Party Websites
The school will be able to connect their Vervet account to third party accounts. BY CONNECTING YOUR VERVET ACCOUNT TO YOUR THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THE CONTINUOUS RELEASE OF INFORMATION ABOUT YOU TO OTHERS (IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR PRIVACY SETTINGS ON THOSE THIRD PARTY SITES). IF YOU DO NOT WANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU, INCLUDING PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION, TO BE SHARED IN THIS MANNER, DO NOT USE THIS FEATURE. You may disconnect your account from a third party account at any time. The school admin person responsible for Vervet partnership will be able to disconnect any third party sites by going into the trip administration page and simply deleting the links to those third party sites.

From time to time, Vervet may contact a school for feedback on Vervet.
Changes to this Statement
Vervet reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our application, and/or by updating any privacy information. Your continued use of the application and/or Services available after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
